I asked to discontinue my service they said it was set to end this month so problem solved

I made a sale while employed with Welcome Wagon and was only paid a percentage of the commission the following pay period with the remainder to be paid out every 3 months over a 12 month period. I was terminated four months later and have never received the remaining commissions and it's been over a year.

I spoke to them recently and have not heard a word back from them. They said they would look into it after stating that it is their policy to not pay owed commissions to terminated employees.

This is not just. I should be paid for a sale I made in their employment.

Tremendous amount of monthly fee and absolutely no result. My rep quit the company after signing me up.

No return phone call from the person she suggested I contact. Calling Welcome Wagon main line only resulted in the admonishment "you have a signed contract and there is no cancelling it." Complete waste of money.

I worked as a manager of a veterinary clinic.

I signed up for a 6 month test run with Welcome Wagon.

I left the practice and was told by Welcome Wagon that I had signed up for it, so I was personally accountable, not my practice.

ROI was 3%

Not worth the hassle.

Traps customers in contracts without explanation

We signed up with Welcome Wagon. They had a catchy name and claimed to have targeted marketing to new move ins.

We got absolutely no results and did not receive the names and addresses they were supposed to give us. The representative who came into our office did not return our phone calls and when we called the company they said they would send her an email. Still haven't heard from her. I think this company is crooked and a big scam.

I understand some customers have sent from their list(which I never got) and the addresses were not valid.

They are very expensive and if you stop paying them they will hound you constantly to try to get more money. Don't waste your time or money.

They said i can leave anytime big lie, its the hotel California i am welcome anytime but i can't leave. the sales girl was nice and wanted that 1st check once she got it i was basically screwed.

my advise leave them alone RUN RUN RUN AND RUN SOME MORE THAT'S A SCAM. To make things things worst, they will have there billing department call you every day if you decide to cancel early before your contract is up, at least a hundred calls a day to tie up your phone lines so you will get frustrated and pay those people off.

they are the worst advertising company i have ever come across. buyer beware buyer beware buyer beware.

I have been using Welcome Wagon in Charlotte, NC for 6 months and it is working great. We see several new customers bring in the Welcome Wagon gift cards every month.

Our Rep is professional and she stays in touch with us every month. Our rep thoroughly educated us on how to utilize the program to its best advantage by recommending a generous gift offer.

We originally started with a smaller gift offer but after we increased the dollar amount of the gift, the amount of responses tripled. I highly recommend this company!

The welcome wagon marketer came to my office showing be all the benefits of my new office to get to new customers in my area. After buying 2 areas and paying over $500 per month for going on 10 months I have not received one phone call from these ads.

I would not recommend this to any anywhere. She flat out lied to me about he companies she had signed up in my area.

The lady told me I could try this for as long as I wanted, but after 4 months of 0 phone calls when I called to cancel my subscription they told me I had signed a year long contract, and I would have to pay the remainder of my contract. This company is the biggest scam I've ever seen.

Welcome Wagon was hands down the biggest mistake I’ve made in my business hands down. The sales people were so pushy and I felt being a new business owner they knew they could pressure me into this “advertising.” I have literally not gotten one customer and it is ungodly expensive.

I never even got a follow up from the sales person who robbed me, they literally just take your money and run out the door. Word to the wise. Do. Not.

Use. Welcome Wagon.

Such a shame they make a profit on taking advantage of small business owners as if it isn’t hard enough. You’re locked in for at least a year as well, literally throwing hundreds and eventually thousands of dollars out the door.

We loose customers who move away and who pass away, and this marketing program really helps us to increase our new families coming into the area by leaps and bounds. It's Exclusive and it's perfect for our marketing theme and nitche!

We are a dental office in Orange County, CA and worked with Welcome Wagon from Jan 17' through Jan 18'. During our entire 12 month contract (which we were locked into and could not get out of) we received 1 call from a prospective patient with HMO insurance which very few dentists accept.

Many of the addresses on the provided list were vacant when we attempted to follow up on them.

The only assistance or check-ins were if we initiated contact and even then communication was sporadic. From our experience I would not recommend Welcome Wagon at all, huge waste of marketing dollars

We went to Dave's Diner in Fort Pierce Florida with our Welcome Wagon coupon buy one meal get the other meal free. We ordered burgers they serve them to us without even lettuce or tomato on them they were dry and nasty and they came with the fries we bought two drinks for $4.

When we got ready to pay the girl told us the fries didn't come with the meal we had to pay for those separately I argued with her and said no no no and showed her how it was a meal. The waitress never came back to the table and asked how everything was or if we needed anything it was terrible service it was a dirty restaurant there was food on the table and on the floors and on the chairs I will never ever go back there again and I will never ever use a coupon for anything ever again we were treated like dirt because we had a coupon from the Welcome Wagon the waitress said I don't know what this is I don't know what this is and ask someone else and they said it's Welcome Wagon it was embarrassing we were discriminated against and treated as less than humans and serve food that was not even edible who gives you a burger for $9 that doesn't even have lettuce or tomato on it it's a bad place I'll never go back
